Hooked on Happy Stitches

Hello fellow fiber enthusiasts!

The most important things first! Dickson Yarn Supply will be located in historic Downtown Dickson, in Mulberry Mill, lower-level suite 113. You may park in the gravel strip off Railroad Street and look for the deck. There are metal double doors that will have a large sign with my logo. Once through those, my shop is to the right!

The GRAND OPENING is projected for July 1st. If we’re ready earlier, I’ll update here.

Now for a brief bio…

My name is Hope Bryson, and I am a native of Dickson County. I grew up in Cumberland Furnace, and I learned to knit in college—when an awesome homeschool student taught me in the Giles County Public Library. I found it impossible to follow the diagrams in knitting books (this was before YouTube!) and her knowledge and kindness gave me a truly lifechanging skill. Knitting has helped me get through numerous challenges in life, and it has brought even more joy to the calm times.

It’s my passion, my creative outlet, my calling. Well, one of them. I also teach middle school ELA. I just finished my 20th year and am proud of that accomplishment.
